Kwilio Scheduling
Managers build the roster on the desktop app for macOS and Windows. Staff see their shifts, clock in and out, and request time off from the iPhone app. Staff accounts are created by the employer, so there is nothing to sign up for on your own.
For managers
- Roster building. Create shifts, assign staff, and publish open shifts for people to pick up.
- Recurring shifts. Repeat on any pattern, and choose whether an edit applies to one shift, this and future shifts, or the whole series.

- Clock in and out with a tap, with a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Offline clock events sync when you are back online.
- Open shifts and swaps you can claim or hand to a teammate.
- Push notifications for new shifts, changes and start reminders.

Plans are sized by how many staff you schedule, billed monthly through PayPal.
- Basic: up to 200 staff, $49.99 per month
- Pro: up to 2,500 staff, $99.99 per month
